What to contact about

A tool gave a wrong result, or didn't work. Include which tool, what you entered, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps. The exact inputs matter — "the merit calculator is wrong" is hard to act on, while "PU calculator, Matric 950/1100, FSc 900/1100, test 120/200, I expected X and got Y" can be checked the same day.

A formula, grade scale, or fact looks wrong. Formulas and grading scales on this site are taken from official university sources, and they do change. If you think one is out of date, send the page link and, if you have it, a link to the official notice or prospectus that says otherwise. Corrections backed by an official source are checked and fixed as a priority.

Request a new tool or calculator. Requests are welcome — especially calculators for a university, board, or test that isn't covered yet. Include the university or test name and, if you know it, where its official formula is published. Requests that come with an official source are the ones that get built first.

An article needs a correction or update. Send the article link and the line you believe is wrong. Plain-language explanations sometimes simplify — if a simplification misleads, it should be flagged so it can be corrected.

Everything else. Feedback, suggestions, and business enquiries can go to the same address.

What not to send

Don't send passwords, JWTs, API keys, or any private data. The developer tools on this site run in your browser precisely so that data never has to go anywhere — that includes email. No message about a tool ever needs the real token or key; replace it with a fake example that shows the same problem.

Don't ask for an admission decision. These calculators give estimates from published formulas. Only the university can confirm your merit position or admission — contact their admissions office for anything official.

Don't send documents like transcripts or CNIC copies. They aren't needed to answer any question about this site, and email isn't a secure place for them.

Response time

Every message is read, and most get a reply within 2–3 days. Bug reports and formula corrections are dealt with first. If a fix takes longer — for example, a formula needs to be verified against a new prospectus — you will get a reply saying so rather than silence.

Before you write — quick answers

You might not need to send anything:

  • Is this site free? Yes — every tool, with no account and no sign-up.
  • Is the data I paste into a tool uploaded? No. Tools run locally in your browser. See the Privacy Policy.
  • Which universities have merit calculators? See the student tools page for the current list — it's growing.
  • What does this site cover, and how are formulas checked? See the About page.

Frequently asked questions

How do I contact DevToolsKit Hub?

By email at contact@devtoolskit.tech. Use it for bug reports, corrections, tool requests and feedback.

How long does a reply take?

Most messages get a reply within 2–3 days. Bug reports and corrections to formulas or grading scales are handled first.

I found a wrong formula or result. What should I include?

The page or tool link, the values you entered, the result you got, the result you expected, and — if you have one — a link to the official university source. That is usually enough to verify and fix it the same week.

Can I request a calculator for my university?

Yes. Send the university or test name and, if possible, where its official merit formula or grading scale is published. Requests with an official source are built first.

Should I email you my marks sheet or documents for help with a calculation?

No. Please don't send transcripts, CNIC copies, or other personal documents. Describe the numbers in your message instead — obtained marks and total marks are all any calculation here needs.

Do you accept guest posts or paid links?

No. This site doesn't publish guest posts or sell links, so please don't pitch them — those messages aren't answered.
